Due to running this business on my own, I do my very best to have orders processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen.

IS LOCAL DROP-OFF AVAILABLE?

Yes we offer local drop off in Albuquerque, New Mexico ONLY. You can select this option at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Due to the nature of my small business and new regulations when it comes to shipping internationally, we only offer shipping to the United States at this time.

Since all the products are final, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation. If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at joyannstudio@gmail.com. We do not accept defective or incorrect item refunds after 7 days you received.

Please send us email first with your order number, details of the product, image of the item that is defective. We will get back to you and let you know if the item is eligible for return.
